Baeby.co operates fully in compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations in Singapore. We uphold the highest standards of professionalism and legal adherence. By engaging our services, clients confirm that they will abide by Singaporean law and that their actions will not violate any legal provisions during the course of the engagement.
We expect all clients to behave with courtesy and respect throughout the duration of the engagement. Our Baebies are here to provide friendly and professional companionship, and we ask that clients respect these boundaries.
Physical contact is strictly limited to a friendly handshake, and any attempt at further contact, including inappropriate touching or advances, will not be tolerated. If such boundaries are crossed, the Baeby reserves the right to end the session before the agreed time, and no refund will be issued for the remaining duration.
Clients should also be mindful of their language and behavior. Inappropriate comments or harassment will not be accepted. Our service is intended to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both parties, and maintaining a professional environment is paramount.
We kindly remind clients that any violation of these standards may result in being permanently banned from using the platform.
If at any point our Baebies feel that their safety or well-being is at risk, whether at a specific venue or elsewhere, they have the right to terminate the session immediately, with no refund provided. Clients are encouraged to select appropriate, safe locations to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
If your Baeby is more than 30 minutes late, you have the option to cancel the session and receive a full refund, should you choose not to proceed with the date.
Yes, you may cancel by informing your respective coordinator(s). A full refund (100%) will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled meet-up. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Please note that rescheduling is not permitted unless there are valid reasons, subject to approval, in order to respect the time and schedules of our Baebies.
You, the client, will be responsible for all costs incurred during the meet-up, including meals and activities. Any additional charges, such as a 10% fee of the total booking amount for bookings ending after 11:00 PM, will be communicated at the time of booking. For transportation costs, please discuss directly with your Baeby if the venue is not accessible by public transport or if other arrangements are needed. These charges help cover the Baeby’s travel and time-related expenses.
